About the role

NVIDIA Networking division seeks an on-site Local NPI Engineer to support assembly and process issues, develop manufacturing processes for new products, and drive manufacturing excellence across contracted manufacturers/vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site engineering support for all Assembly and Process issues
  • Escort and validate processes and DOEs
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet project requirements
  • Drive CMs to excellence in manufacturing processes, quality management and high-volume manufacturing mindset

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. or equivalent in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in PCBA manufacturing, including PCB design, SMT process, mechanical assembly and testing processes
  • Experience in leading projects with multiple CMs/vendors
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the product development process
  • Familiar with ICT / JTAG technology and/or functional tests
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent English reading, writing, and presentation capabilities
  • Relevant Courses: Project management (advantage), Quality/process-related courses
