About the role
Senior AI Model Test Developer, SDET responsible for validating open-source model deployment, inference, and benchmarking on NVIDIA GPUs, and for designing and maintaining automated test suites and infrastructure within a QA-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for executing test cases to validate open-source model deployment, inference, and benchmarking on NVIDIA GPU.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test cases and the supporting automation infrastructure.
- Collaborate with development teams to triage issues, perform root cause analysis, verify fixes, define additional tests, and enhance test plans.
- Investigate and leverage AI capabilities to accelerate the Quality Assurance (QA) process.]

Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, from a leading university
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Fluent oral and written English
- Knowledge of LLMs and local AI applications, with familiarity with open-source inference runtimes and serving frameworks such as llama.cpp, Ollama, and vLLM
- Experience with model testing — accuracy, performance, or benchmarking evaluation of AI models
- Experience in using AI development tools for test plans creation, test cases development and test cases automation
- Comfortable working with Linux OS, with strong Shell/Python programming skills
- Good QA sense, knowledge, and experience in software development and testing
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills; a proactive, self-motivated quick learner with a passion for new technology
