About the role

Senior HPC Engineer for NVIDIA’s Professional Services, focusing on deploying, managing, and maintaining Infiniband networks within AI Factory infrastructure in Linux environments. Role includes customer interaction, planning, implementation, documentation handovers, and feedback to internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Deploying, managing and maintaining the Infiniband Network of AI Factory infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing customers.
  • Be the domain expert with customers during planning calls through implementation.
  • Handover-related documentation and perform knowledge transfers required to support customers as they begin rolling out some of the most sophisticated systems in the world.
  • Provide feedback into internal teams such as opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years providing in-depth support or deployment services of Infiniband networks.
  • Applied knowledge in Infiniband Network troubleshooting.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain and deliver resolutions for customer-blocking issues as they arise, to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
