About the role

Lead the software architecture, design, development and testing of Arm/X86-based server platforms; drive innovation in server architecture, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams to deliver Arm-based server solutions within Google Cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the software architecture, design, development and testing of Arm/X86-based server platforms.
  • Drive innovation in server architecture and contribute to the development of industry standards.
  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimization.
  • Engage with cross organizational leads to co-develop roadmap
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation. Engage with the Arm ecosystem and industry partners to drive adoption of Arm-based server solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience in testing, and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience in working with embedded operating systems.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
