About the role

Role focused on building enterprise product experiences to help organizations adopt, manage, and scale Wispr, turning ambiguous customer needs into polished features across the stack.

Responsibilities

  • Build enterprise experiences across administration, permissions, user management, and analytics
  • Create responsive, data-rich interfaces with React and TypeScript
  • Take features from rough customer requirements through design, implementation, and production
  • Work across APIs, data models, and backend services to deliver complete outcomes
  • Improve confusing or unfinished workflows without waiting for someone else to define the solution
  • Raise the bar for usability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability
  • You work effectively with Product, Growth, and GTM

Qualifications

  • Strong React and TypeScript fundamentals, including complex state management
  • Shipped admin tools, permissions flows, dashboards, or other enterprise products
  • Combined product intuition and user empathy with strong design judgment
  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality and craft
  • Experience working across the stack rather than stopping at the frontend boundary
  • Ownership mindset when requirements or right answer are unclear
  • Prior experience in voice, machine learning, or enterprise identity standards not required
