About the role
Growth-focused product engineer responsible for onboarding, activation, and funnel optimization to turn Flow users into regular, engaged users.
Responsibilities
- Own the activation curve: onboarding, first use, habit formation
- Ship experiments fast, read results honestly, graduate winners and kill losers
- Improve the randomization, exposure, instrumentation, and analysis that make results trustworthy
- Close funnel gaps across platforms with the teams that own the product experience
- Prototype novel interactive experiences to unlock growth
Qualifications
- Product-led growth, experimentation platform, or SQL experience is helpful but not required. Voice, ML, or native desktop and mobile experience is not required.
