About the role

Senior Financial Analyst to partner with Productivity and Hours Controllership within NACF Finance. Focus on optimizing, driving insights, and supporting a large network of fulfillment centers and related operations within the TSSL Finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, and Strategy Teams to drive optimization, efficiency, and insights across TSSL.
  • Oversee a vast network of fulfillment centers and coordinate initiatives spanning multiple organizations with high visibility to senior leadership.
  • Design, develop, and maintain performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business.
  • Influence business owners, support thoughtful decision-making, and adapt to a rapidly-evolving environment.
  • Collaborate with executives and various business units across Amazon.
  • Prioritize the most impactful projects and programs to advance the TSSL business segment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 4+ years of Accounts Receivable or Account Payable experience
  • 4+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
  • 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
  • 4+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
  • 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
  • 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience
  • 3+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree
