About the role

Oracle e-Business Suite Functional Analyst with expertise in Financials to design, implement, and extend applications within Amazon Leo FinTech, focusing on global deployment of Oracle e-Business Suite and end-user support across multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with business customers to understand and document their business processes and requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis to identify e-Business suite system configuration and development changes.
  • Create business requirements documents, system configuration documents, detailed functional design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documents.
  • Work with the business and development team to design and implement system modifications.
  • Work with business customers, developers and Oracle Support to research, document and resolve Oracle system issues.
  • Create SQL queries against Oracle tables to troubleshoot, develop metrics, and create ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in Oracle DB and experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities
  • Experience working with business customers, developers and Oracle Support to research, document and resolve Oracle system issues
  • Knowledge of database query technologies (SQL)
  • Experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Experience in translating business needs into detailed feature requirements
