About the role

Join Tandem Health as a Project Delivery Lead to implement and operationalize healthcare software in hospital settings, ensuring smooth live deployments, on-site support, user training, and close collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and support teams.

Responsibilities

  • Supports implementations at hospitals from A to Z: onboarding, training and guidance during go-live.
  • Acts as on-site point of contact: collaborates with care teams to ensure the product works well in practice.
  • Resolves issues quickly by distinguishing operational and technical problems and escalating as needed.
  • Promotes active product adoption: works with key users to ensure teams continue to use Tandem.
  • Collects structured feedback and communicates concrete improvement points to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Supports safety and quality checks according to internal processes.
  • Collaborates with commercial and support teams to make implementations successful.

Qualifications

  • Experience in or with hospitals (medical background nice-to-have but not required).
  • Pragmatic and structured: ensures smooth implementations and clear ownership of tasks.
  • User-centric mindset: focuses on usability and care workflows.
  • Enjoys training users and on-site presence when a new organization goes live.
  • Clear communication and ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals, operations teams, and IT.
  • Accurate and safety-conscious in complex care environments.
  • Proficient in Dutch and English (speaking and writing).
