About the role

PM to own and evolve the core Autocapture experience, using AI to reimagine documentation creation for both people and AI agents. Drive vision, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven outcomes in a hybrid SF-based role.

Responsibilities

  • Driving company-level goals and tracking relevant business metrics to validate/invalidate roadmap.
  • Developing a vision for the product area and iterating with input from customers, the revenue team, and the market.
  • Building toward the future of automated documentation, tackling 0→1 problems around how Scribe understands work and turns it into knowledge for people and AI agents.
  • Partnering closely with Engineering and Design to drive projects from ideation to launch while maintaining quality.
  • Being the face of Scribe by presenting product vision to executives and engaging with users daily (e.g., Scribe Community Slack).
  • Measuring the impact of every release and using data-powered insights to inform future bets; avoid a feature factory mindset.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of building SaaS products with a track record of creating end-user-delighting experiences.
  • Extremely curious with strong problem-framing and root-cause analysis.
  • Love building and tinkering with AI; actively experimenting with AI tools, models, and prototypes.
  • Ability to turn ambiguity into action, start with messy problems, form hypotheses, and deliver learnings to users.
  • Outcomes over output mindset with ownership of company-level OKRs.
  • Think big but ship incrementally; deliver high-velocity value to users.
  • Strong POV to represent customers and market and guide stakeholders.
  • Thrive in autonomy and defend roadmap decisions with trade-offs.
