About the role

Sales Team Lead responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives to drive customer acquisition for Neo Credit, Neo Money, and related products, primarily through events and customer interactions in Edmonton.

Responsibilities

  • Coach & Develop: Train, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to Sales Representatives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Manage Operations: Create and optimize team schedules for maximum event coverage, and oversee the setup and teardown of branded activation booths.
  • Drive Performance: Monitor individual and team sales targets, implement strategy adjustments, and generate regular performance reports for management.
  • Lead by Example: Provide hands-on support at events, troubleshoot issues, and actively sell Neo products to hit revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in a sales role.
  • Experience leading, supervisory, or coaching a team (ideally in sales).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to match event schedules.
