About the role

Role within Peregrine's Business Operations & Strategy team partnering with leaders across product, engineering, delivery, and revenue to improve operations, launch initiatives, and support company growth. Emphasis on building momentum, delivering operational change, and developing future leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders and teams across Peregrine, from deployment teams to the leadership team and CEO to tackle growth-focused challenges.
  • Work closely with a team or business area to build deep understanding, deliver early wins, and build momentum and trust.
  • Deliver significant operational change as needed: build models, run operations, perform work, align stakeholders, or hire replacements to solve problems and scale.
  • Move into other roles as opportunities arise and support teammates’ growth and internal mobility.
  • Learn, grow, and support teammates; prioritize care for the team and self-development.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience combining management consulting, investment banking, or private equity with work in high-growth, startup-like environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver meaningful results and build expertise in a technical or business area within a startup context.
