About the role

Senior Account Executive responsible for driving adoption of Peregrine’s AI-enabled platform in Indiana and Michigan, focusing on law enforcement sector, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating across teams to close deals and expand regional impact.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Territory Development: Own the law enforcement sector in Indiana and Michigan, identify and cultivate opportunities to exceed regional quotas.
  • Product Expertise: Understand Peregrine's solutions and effectively present their value to law enforcement audiences.
  • Market Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies across various stakeholder levels.
  • Pipeline Cultivation: Develop and nurture a strong pipeline aligned with market trends and long-term opportunities.
  • Collaborative Approach: Coordinate with deployment, marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful closing.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Create tailored solutions in collaboration with advisors and law enforcement veterans.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS with data integration, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Proven success selling SaaS into net-new complex accounts with quota overachievement and strong references.
  • Experience in public sector B2G vertical is required.
  • Existing relationships within Law Enforcement in the territory preferred.
  • History as a top performer (top 10% of stack rankings).
  • Ability to demo complex software platforms personally.
  • Comfort negotiating and closing legal agreements and onboarding customers.
  • Proficient in solution-based selling with multi-threaded sales processes.
  • Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, listening, organization, and relationship management skills.
