About the role

Embedded Linux Developer with at least 3 years of experience in Embedded Linux, C/C++, and automation-focused test/production software. Responsible for analyzing requirements, configuring Linux modules (DTS, Linux kernel, U-Boot), developing modules and algorithms for test software, and debugging platform issues in a production automation context.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze technical requirements for developing test procedures and production line utilities.
  • Configure and prepare DTS, Linux kernel, U-Boot and other modules per test software requirements.
  • Develop standalone modules, subsystems, and algorithms to meet test software requirements.
  • Analyze and debug issues in the platform or individual test software modules.

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Embedded Linux (U-Boot, ARM Toolchains, Kernel, RootFS, BusyBox) with 3+ years of development experience
  • Proficient in C/C++, SHELL scripting, Git, make
  • Experience with device tree and udev
  • Knowledge of ARM architecture
  • Basic knowledge of digital and analog interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART/TTL, Ethernet, USB, HDMI, MIPI, SATA, eMMC)
  • Experience with peripherals: sensors, actuators, controllers, accelerometers, etc.
  • Practical experience developing BSP modules for ARM-based systems.
