About the role

PT seasonal on-site role delivering brand experience, product knowledge, and community engagement as Arc’teryx’s face on the retail floor.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a best-in-class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and supporting with problem solving
  • Building a strong understanding of products and weaving this information into guest interactions in an authentic way
  • Championing Arc’teryx as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community
  • Developing passions both in and out of the store with team support
  • Supporting with store projects and brand initiatives to elevate guest experience
  • Providing feedback on merchandising and in-store experience to drive sales
  • Maintaining an open, collaborative relationship with team and store leadership
  • Participating in various store tasks as assigned by leadership
  • Answering store phones and responding to voicemails/emails (including Epicenter social channels occasionally)
  • Utilizing POS system to process transactions including warranties, Used Gear trade-ins, purchases, and returns
  • Receiving and unpacking inventory (boxes weigh 5-30 lbs)
