About the role

Datadog’s Enterprise business in EMEA seeks a Field Enablement Manager to deliver ongoing ramp and everboarding enablement for Enterprise sellers across key EMEA markets, adapting global programs to the realities of the EMEA Enterprise motion.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver live and virtual enablement sessions and implement training programs focused on ongoing ramp and everboarding that improve the performance and productivity of Enterprise sellers and leaders across EMEA.

Qualifications

  • 4–5 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role, with a proven delivery track record supporting Enterprise Sales and/or Customer Success teams in a SaaS or technology environment; multi-country EMEA experience is a strong plus.
