About the role

Role responsible for planning and executing NVIDIA AI Factories networking and switch operations, translating demand into actionable plans, and coordinating cross-functional teams to allocate switch supply to partners and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive view of demand and translate it into inputs for planning, operations, and supply teams.
  • Help optimize end-to-end process of building and delivering products while balancing supply, priorities, and execution constraints.
  • Maintain understanding of the networking market and switch business to anticipate future requirements and inform planning decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, product management, architecture, planning, operations, and supply teams to align demand, priorities, and execution plans.
  • Prepare and present data-driven recommendations, trade-offs, and execution updates to senior executives.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in product management, business operations, supply planning, or related leadership role within compute or networking industry.
  • 7+ years leading complex cross-functional initiatives in multi-stakeholder environments and teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, engineering, business, finance, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in networking, compute infrastructure, supply planning, or operations.
  • Expertise in networking, cloud technologies, AI infrastructure, storage, or accelerated networking technologies (e.g., InfiniBand and Ethernet).
  • Proven success partnering with enterprise customers and leading cloud service providers to translate requirements into product, demand, or execution plans.
  • Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts.
