About the role

Entrepreneurial role establishing Debug’s footprint in India, driving go-to-market strategy, partnerships, and technology licensing while navigating regulatory pathways and coordinating with global engineering and local deployment teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive debug’s effort in India to develop and execute go-to-market strategy and partnerships that can establish debug as a trusted vector-control solution.
  • Lead the agreement sourcing and execution including origination, evaluation, developing market strategies, and negotiating complex technology licensing agreements and commercial agreements with local operational partners, private enterprises, and public health entities.
  • Structure and negotiate operational models with partners by working with internal science and program manager teams to formulate field requirements with technical capabilities and program timelines.
  • Evaluate opportunities, conduct due diligence, negotiating agreement terms, and working with cross-functional teams to prepare and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Identify, establish, and grow relationships with existing and new partners. Act as the central point of contact and maintain comprehensive account knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
