About the role

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis for the Student Researcher program in Canada with opportunities across Google’s research teams. Responsibilities

  • Participate in research to develop solutions for real-world, large-scale problems.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Natural Sciences, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in one area of computer science (e.g., NLP, HCI, CV, ML/DL, optimization, data science, software development, or related areas).

Skills

Required:Programming in common languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, C/C++)
Nice to have:Research and publication experience
