About the role

Analytical, execution-oriented Air Operations Enablement Manager to build mechanisms, processes, systems and operational frameworks for scalable Air network growth across MX. Leads carrier onboarding, launch readiness, process design, and cross-functional program execution to transform Air initiatives into a scalable network capability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead carrier onboarding, launch readiness, operational process design, business requirements development, and cross-functional program execution across Air Transportation Services.
  • Develop repeatable launch mechanisms, standard operating procedures, governance models, and business requirements to support new carriers, airports, air operations, air sortation, and expansion.
  • Build infrastructure enabling operational teams to scale efficiently; act as connective tissue between Air Operations, Network, AvSecy, Finance, Legal, Tech and external airline partners.
  • Visit airports and collaborate with stakeholders to solve process gaps and accelerate execution; balance short-term priorities with longer-term improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience
  • Experience driving improvement programs in operations, engineering and support fields
  • Experience in process design and documentation
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
  • Fluency in English (speaking, writing, reading) and ability to take direction in English
