About the role

Technical Product Manager role focused on the evolution of public-key infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates across AWS Certificate Manager (ACM), Private Certificate Authority (PCA), and Signer. Drive product strategy, customers, pricing, and collaboration with engineers to deliver secure, scalable certificate management solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Understand our customers inside and out
  • Invent on behalf of customers
  • Develop product strategy and vision and translate it into creative, high quality, simple features
  • Make the business decisions that grow the adoption and usage of our services and accelerate the growth of our overall security business
  • Set prices, target the right customers, and focus our investments in the right areas
  • Work closely with the engineering teams to design, schedule and deliver in an agile environment to deliver products to market
  • Launch new features and make sure our sales, marketing, and PR teams are telling the most compelling story

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
  • 5+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other related) experience
  • Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
