About the role

SAP Quality Management expert for Amazon Leo (Kuiper) focusing on designing, enhancing, and supporting SAP QM and Production Planning modules, with integration to SAP EWM and SAP MES. Responsible for outlining product features, running blueprint and design activities, and ensuring scalable, cost-effective manufacturing of satellites and ground gateway terminals.

Responsibilities

  • Build SAP QM based product features aligning with product vision
  • Identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes using SAP
  • Participate in blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis and produce detailed design documents
  • Support creating training documentation for product users and lead train the trainer sessions for Product changes
  • Participate in strategic planning and roadmap discussions for SAP QM workstream solutions
  • Manage sprint planning, deployment for product feature enhancements bringing in business value
  • Define critical metrics including success metrics, product adoption, data-driven insights into product improvement
  • Prepare product design, functional specifications, configure, test and support implementation for all SAP RICEFW areas
  • Build and support integration with cross-workstream processes - SAP PP, EWM, MM, SAP MES system
  • Support SAP Production system for ticket resolutions and business support needs
  • Collaborate with functional owners, architects and developers to meet internal manufacturing demands
  • Understand and address business requirements by designing solutions, configuring QM and PP modules, supporting RICEFW development, testing, and integration with EWM, MES, MM
  • Be a team player contributing to collective success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • 5+ years of Development and Support experience with SAP QM Module
  • 2+ Full Cycle implementation experience
  • 5+ years in an information technology role
  • Experience working in and integrating with SAP EWM
  • USA export control eligibility (citizenship/national, permanent resident or refugee/asylum status)
