About the role

Senior advisor and operating partner who guides Delivery Service Partner business owners to build healthy, sustainable last-mile delivery businesses across Brazil, with a focus on improving delivery quality, reliability, operational efficiency, and DSP experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a portfolio of 20-40 DSP owners assigned to delivery stations across Brazil.
  • Coach DSPs on improving delivery quality and reliability and advocate for DSPs by aggregating data and engaging regional operational support teams and program stakeholders.
  • Support owners by removing obstacles and improving financial, operational, and safety outcomes across the network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including station operations managers, program managers, compliance, legal, and finance.
  • Analyze problems, action insights, deliver recommendations, and drive changes internally and externally.
  • Launch, ramp, and flex DSP businesses to meet customer demand; interview candidates to join the DSP program.
  • Guide owners on managing financial and operational issues, building scalable processes, and navigating program changes.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews and provide benchmarking data and insights.
  • Drive ongoing DSP engagement with the program and support local events with DSPs and regional stakeholders.
  • Identify DSP program and workflow inefficiencies and implement improvements at the network level.

Qualifications

  • Experience reviewing and analyzing performance metrics to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
  • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools (e.g., Oracle BI, Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading).
