About the role

Entry-level management role leading a front-line team in Amazon Operations within AMZL (last mile). Fully onsite with rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and overnight work; focused on safety, productivity, process improvements, and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
  • Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity across all shifts
  • Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while fostering a strong team culture
  • Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize work and improve customer service
  • Promote best practice and continuous process improvements across the team in health, safety, and productivity
  • Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques
  • Flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links)
