About the role

Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) within the NACF PXT team, focusing on leadership development, employee experience, culture, and change management. Balances tactical execution with strategic insight, leveraging data, analytics, and HR technology to deliver high-quality employee experiences and scalable solutions across the NACF organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to become strategic partners and mitigate organizational risks while delivering exceptional service.
  • Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation using data insights and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health; drive innovation in HR practices and address systemic issues.
  • Partner with business leadership to develop and execute integrated talent strategies; build succession pipelines.
  • Lead team in analytics and AI utilization to uncover patterns, predict risks, and drive data-informed decisions; translate insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Set goals for culture transformation; design and implement strategies to strengthen organizational health, talent capabilities, and leadership effectiveness; promote diversity, equity and inclusion.
  • Drive strategic adoption of HR technology to enable efficiency and high-touch, empathetic service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and talent management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing)
