About the role

Finance Manager partnering with operational and functional leaders within Amazon Robotics Finance (NACF) to own end-to-end financial reporting, build models, ensure data integrity, and drive scalable processes and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end financial reporting for your business area, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and external policies while mentoring team members on reporting best practices.
  • Build and maintain financial models and analyses that support operational and growth decisions, presenting findings and recommendations to leaders in clear, concise narratives.
  • Identify and resolve complex data integrity issues, design improved controls to address emerging risks, and develop scalable and auditable data analysis processes.
  • Lead individual projects from start to finish — managing timelines, setting priorities, and collaborating across teams to deliver results while removing roadblocks proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or scale finance tools and processes across teams, leveraging best practices and technology to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience
  • Bachelor's degree
