About the role

Senior Manager to lead a team of Technical Program Managers responsible for delivering EC2 Gov compute capacity at multi-gigawatt scale for Government regions and frontier-AI workloads. Owns strategy, cross-functional coordination, and executive-visible reporting; requires TS/SCI with poly clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Own, through your team, EC2 capacity delivery against global commitments to AWS's largest Government customers and frontier-AI workloads.
  • Produce executive-visible reporting that drives capacity, capital, and engineering-investment decisions.
  • Set strategy and program structure where none exists, and drive cross-functional alignment at scale.
  • Influence priorities across a diverse set of stakeholders and partners — up to VP level.
  • Hire, grow, develop, and retain a team of TPMs; grow senior ICs into future leaders through coaching and stretch assignments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • 7+ years of people management experience
  • 7+ years of technical program management experience
  • Experience in people management
  • Experience in technical program management
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
