About the role

Technical senior program manager role focused on defining and executing the go-to-market (GTM) technical strategy for AWS Classified Regions, addressing the needs of national security customers with compliant, secure cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • - Define the Classified cloud GTM technical strategy and roadmap.
  • - Collaborate with business and technical teams across AWS region infrastructure and cloud services to deliver prioritized capabilities for national security customers.
  • - Partner with customers and AWS teams to ensure successful IT workload deployment and a great customer experience.
  • - Drive process and technology improvements to reduce friction and accelerate capability deployment.
  • - Proactively address technical, security, and compliance requirements for national security customers and industry partners.
  • - Develop and present technical solution proposals to leadership in support of customer needs and GTM strategy.
  • - Create run-books, go-to-market technical materials, and supporting content to enable customer adoption and accelerate onboarding.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • 5+ years experience with CMMC, DFARS, FedRAMP, DOD SRG, ICD, ITAR, NIST, and other compliance/security program requirements across national security organizations and the supporting industrial base
  • 5+ years of experience with architecting, implementing, authorization, and supporting classified information technology systems
  • Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above
