About the role

Experienced project and program manager to lead a portfolio of growth-focused initiatives within AMZL Brazil, owning end-to-end delivery from scoping to adoption and working with cross-functional teams to drive expansion and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex operational projects from start to finish and be accountable for key metrics and overall results.
  • Own Project Governance from start to finish, using effective methodology, tools, and communication skills.
  • Analyze long-term planning data to identify density opportunities in support of leadership; model this data to assist in mounting a strategic expansion plan.
  • Write business cases in support of new initiatives using data from multiple stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for defect reduction, increased efficiency, cost reduction, and growth.
  • Perform problem solving -- evaluating alternatives, and identifying solutions using innovative, frugal methods.
  • Work with teams across Amazon to scope project requirements, including Ops, Tax, Legal, Accounting, Tech, etc.
  • Manage project implementation, including making sure that all stakeholders are kept up-to-date.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure project adoption across the AMZL network.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
