About the role

The Sponsored Products and Brands team at Amazon Ads is leveraging generative AI to re-imagine advertising, building responsible and intelligent AI technologies to improve ad creation, optimization, performance analysis, and customer insights. The SPB-Agent aims to integrate LLMs with tooling to guide advertisers across Amazon’s ecosystem, delivering personalized, scalable experiences through advanced AI architectures and model customization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply machine learning models for广告 business applications (as inferred from basic qualifications and team focus).
  • Contribute to the SPB-Agent system interfacing with advertisers across Ads Console, Seller Central, KDP, Vendor Central, and internal Sales systems.
  • Advance agent architectures, reasoning frameworks, tool integrations, and model customization approaches including fine-tuning, MCP, and preference optimization.
  • Collaborate to solve complex, scalable AI challenges in e-commerce advertising.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience
  • PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience
  • Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language
  • Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning
