About the role

SAP PP/Manufacturing functional role focusing on design, enhancement, and support of SAP Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality modules with integration to SAP EWM and SAP MES for Amazon Leo (Kuiper) manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

  • Build product vision and solutions in SAP PP / Manufacturing areas
  • Identify and implement best practices to optimize business processes using SAP and champion utility/intuitiveness/simplicity of process/product
  • Conduct Blueprint workshops, fit-gap analysis and produce detailed design documents
  • Identify change management and training needs, support creating training documentation and lead train-the-trainer sessions
  • Participate in strategic planning and roadmap discussions for SAP PP solutions for Amazon planning
  • Manage quarter planning, sprint planning, deployment for product feature enhancements
  • Define critical metrics including success metrics, product adoption, and data-driven insights
  • Prepare product design, functional specifications, configure, test and support implementation for all SAP RICEFW areas
  • Build and support integration with cross-workstream processes - SAP EWM, QM, MM, SAP MES system
  • Support SAP Production system for ticket resolutions and business support opportunities
  • Collaborate as a team player to contribute to collective success
  • Collaborate with functional owners, architects and developers to meet internal manufacturing needs
  • Understand and support business needs through solution design and configuration in SAP PP, QM with integration to EWM, ME, MM

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • 5+ years of building and implementing SAP PP/ Manufacturing solutions with at least 2 Full-cycle Implementations
  • 3+ years’ experience integrating SAP S/4 with manufacturing execution systems
