About the role

Transportation Associates will perform trailer moves in the trailer yard, coordinate yard activities, conduct yard audits, complete applicable driver training programs, and operate multiple vehicle types to support Amazon’s transportation network. Includes potential CDL/DQF requirements and opportunities for training and growth in transportation operations.

Responsibilities

  • Make safety a priority by adhering to company rules and regulations and enforcing safety measures for all operators in the yard

Qualifications

  • Hold a valid and active driver’s license
  • High School or equivalent diploma
  • Candidates must be 21 years or older
  • Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk for shifts up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, reach
  • Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required
  • Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English.
