About the role

Senior product manager leading Consolidation & Choices for Amazon Brazil, shaping shipment consolidation, pickup and delivery choices to improve cost efficiency, customer convenience, and end-to-end delivery experience in a complex, multi-channel fulfillment network.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver high-impact products that drive shipment consolidation and convenience experiences — improving cost efficiency and expanding customer choices across fulfillment channels
  • Own the product roadmap for consolidation and convenience offerings — develop business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage milestones from conception to launch
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, CX, and Tech teams to design and scale solutions across a multi-channel fulfillment network
  • Make data-driven decisions — leverage analytical skills (Excel, SQL) and AI to model trade-offs between cost, speed, convenience, and customer experience, sizing opportunities and driving prioritization
  • Build alignment across divergent stakeholders — translate complex business problems into a clear plan of action and create buy-in with internal teams and external partners
  • Invent and simplify — continuously evolve processes and technology to remove friction, improve the customer journey, and scale convenience products
  • Drive measurable outcomes — own success metrics balancing profitability and customer experience, delivering continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience in project/program management
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
