About the role

Amazon Leo (Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC) seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to support business and engineering stakeholders in selecting, developing and managing relationships with critical technology and service suppliers, and to lead supply chain and operations initiatives for ASIC/wafer supply chain within the Silicon Operations scope.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Leader for ASIC Global Business Operations. Develops operations models and oversees supply chain, sales orders and inventory management.
  • Responsible for supply and demand planning, inventory management, material allocations, sales orders, and fulfillment.
  • Lead cross-functional Initiatives to establish wafer and ASIC supply chain process and overall structure of the business.
  • Leading supply chain and inventory management, setting goals, and strategic directions, and driving automation and process improvements.
  • Lead and drive operational collaboration with suppliers and internal customers.
  • Provide leadership on project selection, scope, definition and performance to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Train team members on new processes and ensure effective communication of change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Benefits

  • Base salary range: USA, CA, Sunnyvale - 157,900.00 - 213,600.00 USD annually
