About the role

Senior Atlassian administrator role focused on managing and enhancing the Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo) for Amazon Leo (Kuiper project). Hands-on, end-to-end delivery, with emphasis on security, integrations, automation, and cross-functional collaboration in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Subject Matter Expert on all Atlassian workflows, customizations, marketplace apps, management and configuration in Atlassian
  • Identifying dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to determine needs
  • Develop customized solutions including design, implementation, QA, end-to-end testing plans across dev/test/stage/prod
  • Maintain security and data integrity of the Atlassian implementation
  • Install, configure and administer the Atlassian platform
  • Own stability of applications to Engineering standards including incident management, monitoring, alerting and resolution
  • Troubleshoot application issues and add-on integration issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes are gracefully handled
  • Optimize/setup workflows based on user needs
  • Develop metrics dashboards and filters for operational/performance reporting
  • Use Atlassian REST APIs to build integrations, automate processes, and support data extraction for analytics
  • User management and access control across groups, security schemes and configurations
  • Install/manage add-ons and extensions for Atlassian Cloud products
  • Develop Jira workflows including field/screen/permission/notification schemes
  • Research, diagnose, and monitor performance bottlenecks
  • Mentor less technical stakeholders; write documentation and provide training

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline or equivalent
