About the role

Security & Loss Prevention Expert leading security operations, partnering with multiple teams, and supporting multiple business units within the region with up to 50% travel. Focuses on protecting people, facilities, inventory, and intellectual property, driving security improvements and incident response.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Security Operations and Partnership
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in security and loss prevention for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams and external vendors
  • Drive security best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across operations
  • Provide incident response management, including workplace violence prevention and crisis management
  • Investigation and Loss Prevention
  • Lead internal and external theft investigations, conducting interviews when necessary
  • Analyze data to identify loss patterns and implement strategic solutions
  • Develop and execute action plans to address security risks and reduce losses
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics to track program effectiveness
  • Team Development and Training
  • Coach and train business partners to recognize and respond to security risks
  • Develop and deliver security awareness programs and clear escalation protocols
  • Business Impact and Innovation
  • Create data-driven business cases for security improvements
  • Implement and manage security systems and processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in security operations and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, etc.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, InfoPath, SharePoint, etc.
  • Experience in compliance, audit or risk management
  • Experience in security services, asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, inventory management, investigations, supply chain, auditing, compliance, or similar
  • Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above
