About the role

Competitive intelligence-focused Product Marketing Manager based in Bangalore, responsible for maintaining market landscape, competitive positioning, and delivering rapid, high-impact insights to the field.

Responsibilities

  • Track key market development and launches, and maintain a view of competitive landscape
  • Conduct deep competitive research, informed through desk research, win/loss analysis, and field insights
  • Own the development of competitive intelligence assets (e.g., marketscapes, battlecards, deal support materials)
  • Partner with Sales Enablement to support competitive training and evaluation frameworks
  • Support the field with timely competitive insights, partnering closely with stakeholders to refine and scale
  • Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across time zones, operating as a reliable CI partner

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in business, economics, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree
  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS market research, market intelligence, product marketing, strategy or consulting experience
  • Strong analytical skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity
  • Action-oriented self-starter with growth mindset and willingness to learn the ins and outs of Glean and to use AI/LLM tools in workflow
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience simplifying concepts, influencing stakeholders, and creating compelling messaging
  • Strategic cross-functional collaborator with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for Glean's mission and representing customer needs
  • Experience working with US stakeholders and adjusting to time-zone overlap in distributed teams
  • Agentic AI experience is a plus
