About the role

Contract management AI data annotation for Chinese (Simplified) language, remote freelance role involving multilingual legal data tasks, contract analysis, and quality reviews.

Responsibilities

  • Multilingual legal-domain data collection, evaluation, and annotation.
  • Analyzing clauses, obligations, and terms within complex business agreements.
  • Participating in onboarding, calibration sessions, and targeted quality reviews.
  • Collaborating on multi-use-case workflows within secure client environments.

Qualifications

  • Legal expertise in contract or legal domain with strong contract-review skills (international/cross-jurisdictional contracts).
  • Fluency in English alongside Chinese (Simplified).
  • AI & data capabilities (preferred): experience in data annotation or familiarity with machine learning data evaluation and quality assurance tasks.
