Remote, full-time role providing post-intake patient support, handling scheduling, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting (e.g., Zoom) while delivering empathetic, professional care to older adults receiving mental health services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide post-intake support to patients, serving as main point of contact for needs including scheduling changes, billing questions, and technical troubleshooting (Zoom)
  • Handle administrative and customer service requests via phone, email, and text with empathy and professionalism
  • Ensure patients feel cared for, informed, and supported throughout their care journey
  • Translate complex information (billing, scheduling) into clear, reassuring guidance
  • Maintain organization and follow up to resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer support, patient support, care coordination, or healthcare administration preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills, clear, kind, and patient communication
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with proactive follow-up
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple requests
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to platforms like Healthie, OhMD, scheduling and billing software
