About the role

Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions, partnering with hiring managers and building scalable hiring processes for Browserbase's Revenue, Sales, Growth + Marketing, Partnerships, People, and Finance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and business functions, from intake and calibration through sourcing, assessment, offer strategy, and close.
  • Partner to build programs that make hiring repeatable: structured interview loops, scorecards and rubrics, interviewer training, referral activation, and the candidate experience standards.
  • Help create data and metrics for searches: pipeline health, pass-through rates, time to fill, offer acceptance, quality of hire.
  • Act as a true and trusted partner to hiring managers on scoping, comp positioning, and interview design; push back when the bar isn't met while maintaining relationships.
  • Give candidates an experience that matches the product: fast, clear, honest, no friction.
  • Build diverse pipelines and maintain fair, consistent processes as volume grows.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a strong track record hiring business and GTM roles.
  • Bonus points for filling roles in developer tools, AI, or infrastructure space, or experience as a technical recruiter.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple open roles.
  • Adaptable and proactive with a collaborative problem-solving approach.
  • Data-driven with comfort using ATS reporting and interpreting conversion metrics.
  • Enough technical fluency to discuss infrastructure sales; no engineering background required.
