About the role

Senior Analyst role focused on building data solutions and applying frontier technologies to financial problems within Robinhood's Westlake, TX office. In-person attendance required at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to understand business challenges and deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark and Airflow to automate critical processes, such as key risk indicators, detective controls, risk alerts, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Develop solutions that leverage Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) to streamline and optimize processes, driving innovation in operational workflows.
  • Develop meaningful, user-friendly dashboards to monitor the health of products, systems, and business processes.
  • Transform complex data into clear and insightful visualizations to inform partners and drive decision making.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights and inform data-driven strategies for mitigating risks and optimizing operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, Electronic Engineering or related field
  • five years of progressively responsible years of experience in job offered or related occupation
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, Spark, and Airflow.
  • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical analysis techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor product, system, and business process health.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable visual outputs for ongoing monitoring.
  • Develop automated solutions to optimize operational and compliance workflows.
  • Apply large language models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate and streamline processes.
  • Background checks required
