About the role

QA Engineer for SAP ecosystem focusing on functional and regression testing, E2E business processes, and test automation. On-site in Kyiv/Lviv.

Responsibilities

  • Test complex End-to-End (E2E) business processes: sales, procurement, finance, warehouse accounting, etc.
  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Create and maintain Regression Test Suite for key business processes.
  • Validate inter-system integrations (SAP, E-commerce, Data Warehouse) via API and databases.
  • Create and maintain test documentation: test plans, test cases, checklists, test scenarios.
  • Analyze, localize, and document defects; manage defect resolution and retesting.
  • Participate in release and change testing preparation and execution.
  • Maintain and develop automated tests, especially for repetitive and regression scenarios.
  • Use test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tricentis Tosca or similar.
  • Analyze automated test results and verify correct execution.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP consultants Production + DMC team, developers (ABAP), business analysts and other team members.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in functional testing of complex web systems.
  • Practical experience planning, preparing, and executing regression testing.
  • Experience creating and maintaining regression test suites.
  • Basic or practical experience with automated testing and automation principles.
  • Experience with one or more automation tools: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tricentis Tosca, UFT/OpenText UFT.
  • Ability to work with end-to-end scenarios across 3–5 systems/modules.
  • Solid SQL knowledge (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, WHERE) for DB data verification.
  • API testing experience (Postman / Swagger, REST / SOAP, JSON / XML).
  • System thinking to understand the big picture and how changes affect the chain.
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, GitLab, Google Docs.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level.
  • Technical education; additional QA Engineer or Data Engineer courses/certifications are a plus.
