Director of Real Estate Sales at Sand Valley responsible for leading residential real estate sales for luxury resort properties, managing inbound/outbound leads, coordinating transactions, and shaping sales strategy and marketing collaboration on-site in Nekoosa, WI.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage inbound leads, including timely and thoughtful phone and email follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Residential real estate sales experience, ideally within luxury, resort, second-home, golf, or lifestyle real estate.
  • Active Wisconsin real estate sales license, or ability to obtain appropriate licensure.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with sophisticated, high-net-worth buyers.
  • Willingness to embrace Sand Valley’s relationship-driven approach to sales.
  • Exceptional follow-through, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple prospects, transactions, and priorities while maintaining clear ownership and accountability.
  • Highly self-directed, proactive, and motivated by results.
  • Appreciation for Sand Valley, golf, and the Wisconsin wilderness.
  • Ability and willingness to work full-time on-site at Sand Valley in Nekoosa, Wisconsin.
