About the role

Senior leadership role partnering directly with the CEO and CXOs/GMs to shape company strategy, operating rhythm, and cross-functional initiatives. Own outcomes, drive high-impact priorities, and influence how decisions are made in a fast-growing Meesho environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO: act as thought partner to help pick, structure and drive the highest-impact priorities; speed up decisions with briefs, frameworks and analysis; represent the CEO in leadership forums when needed
  • Run the company operating system: design and evolve the operating cadence (reviews, planning cycles, performance tracking); improve clarity, alignment and accountability across leadership teams; ensure decisions are followed through with clear owners and dates
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects: manage high-impact projects across business, product, tech and operations; incubate and evaluate new opportunities; break down ambiguous problems into actionable plans; work with CXOs and GMs to unblock priorities
  • Shape culture and leadership: reinforce leadership principles and drive leadership communication; influence decision-making processes; elevate thinking quality and execution discipline

Qualifications

  • Detail orientation with ability to walk through P&L and unit economics
  • Strong opinions and ability to defend positions with senior leaders
  • Curiosity to understand the whole business and learn quickly
  • Humility with high accountability
  • Self-awareness of strengths and career moves
  • Managerial style focused on building systems and cross-functional leadership without formal authority
  • Must have: strong structured problem solving and executive communication; track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems; proven cross-functional execution with ownership and bias to action; comfort with senior leadership teams
  • Strong advantage: experience building/scaling tech products or businesses; startup/high-growth operating experience; experience in founder/CEO office or strategy roles; close work with product/tech; exposure to marketplace/e-commerce/platform businesses
