About the role

Store Leader role at Mulberry responsible for leading the store and team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, commercial performance, and alignment with Mulberry's values and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a high performing team that values diversity, equity, empathy, and inclusion; coach and challenge while giving honest feedback and celebrating successes.
  • Foster a welcoming, engaging customer experience and develop key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
  • Demonstrate commercial drive, leverage market awareness and analysis to maximize trading opportunities, and lead operational excellence with respect for people, product, and environment.
  • Embed Mulberry values in all actions; support an inclusive culture and environmentally/socially responsible practices as a B Corp certified business.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a leader (preferably within fashion, but not essential)
