About the role

Assistant Managers at Mulberry are called 'People and Experience Leaders' and are expected to lead and develop teams, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and contribute to the brand’s sustainability and growth strategy within a Manchester, UK on-site, permanent full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • - You will partner with your Store Leader to develop the best team: create a high performing, diverse, inclusive team; champion equity, empathy, and understanding; encourage dynamic discussions and invite ideas; create a culture of honest feedback, praise, and coaching.
  • - You will always be Customer focused: nurture a welcoming environment, deliver engaging customer experiences, stay culturally connected to Mulberry’s place in life and art, use instore CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
  • - You will collaborate with your Store Leader to be commercially driven: drive the business, build a network, use market awareness and analysis to maximize trading opportunities, lead and deliver operational excellence with respect for people, product, and environment.
  • - You will care about people and the planet: embody Mulberry values, foster inclusive culture, support environmentally and socially responsible practices as part of a B Corp certified business.
