About the role

Full-Cycle Technical Recruiter at HeyGen focusing on Engineering hiring (Full Stack, Mobile, Infrastructure, AI Research Engineering) with on-site options in San Francisco or Palo Alto; stakeholder collaboration with Executive team, hiring managers, and Talent team to optimize sourcing, interview processes, and AI integration in Talent functions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract, source, and engage top-tier engineering talent.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing methods to proactively build a robust, diverse candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill technical roles.
  • Partner deeply with Engineering leaders from initial kickoff meetings to successful onboarding, acting as a trusted talent advisor.
  • Collaborate with hiring teams to define headcount needs, craft compelling job descriptions, design efficient interview loops, and provide real-time market data.
  • Execute talent mapping and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence, particularly within the AI and infrastructure space.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless, high-touch process from initial contact to offer closure.]
  • Location coordination for on-site SF or Palo Alto offices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of Engineering recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of hiring across Full Stack, DevOps, Infrastructure, and AI Research Engineering
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
  • Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously
  • Strong decision-making skills
