About the role

Technical Recruiter position for a 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC) with potential to convert to permanent, focused on engineering hiring with some generalist roles, based in London with hybrid work.

Responsibilities

  • Executing hiring: sourcing, screening, and interviewing for priority roles
  • Technical hiring, primarily in engineering (backend, infra, etc.) with some generalist roles
  • Headhunting and proactive sourcing to build pipelines
  • Screening and interviewing: first-round screens and structured interviews, generating shortlists
  • Managing agency relationships and reducing reliance on agencies over time
  • Giving time back to the team by handling recruiting coordination and admin
  • Candidate experience: ensuring fast, clear, well-communicated process
  • Running our applicant tracking system (Ashby) to keep pipeline accurate and up to date

Qualifications

  • Proven recruiting experience with a technical/engineering focus
  • Fluency with engineering roles and tech stacks
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Experience managing agency relationships
  • Great written and verbal communication
