About the role
Executive Business Partner at X (Alphabet moonshot factory) supporting A-Life team, focusing on anticipating executive needs, coordinating operations, and enabling strategic projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the administrative landscape (calendars, travel, facilities, equipment) to free executives for strategic priorities.
- Coordinate meetings and clear conflicts for senior leadership, ensuring critical meetings aren’t missed or delayed and are prioritized.
- Serve as a central force within the team to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage relationships with landlords and vendors, order office supplies, coordinate repairs, and maintain safe, clean, and organized workspace (physical or virtual).
- Handle core administration (mail distribution, visitor greeting, central phone line management) while optimizing calendars and shared meeting spaces.
- Champion internal communications, organize All Hands meetings and offsites, plan events; partner with HR on onboarding, desk setups, tech provisioning, and security badges.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of direct executive support experience, including managing program duties and office management
- Strong project management, planning, and prioritization skills with multitasking ability.
- Ability to work with government agencies, country-level organizations, and C-suite executives
- Experience in a high-growth startup, fast-paced org, or similar environment.
