About the role

Lead Product Manager responsible for the evolution of Bellwether’s core product suite, owning model, agent, and platform components, and shaping how financial services and government customers leverage AI within a highly technical, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear, inspiring product vision, roadmaps, segmentation, and value proposition across key verticals
  • Form a strong point of view on agentic systems, data ontology, and enterprise AI model evolution
  • Lead deep-dive discovery with stakeholders in insurance, capital markets, and resilience to translate climate modeling into intuitive risk workflows
  • Create experiences that inspire confidence and drive adoption across industries
  • Collaborate with researchers, engineers, designers, and partners to guide development and bring roadmaps to life
  • Represent the voice of market, partners, and customers; maintain roadmap focus; manage sprints and releases; propose creative solutions to technical issues
  • Develop clear, concise product documentation; create presentations to articulate product vision, roadmap, and value propositions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Understand and monitor the market for physical risk across insurance, reinsurance, capital markets, and more

Qualifications

  • Combined 10+ years of professional experience spanning product management and engineering, including at least 1 year in a hands-on engineering role
  • Proven track record in platform or enterprise product management with product-led or sales-led growth experience (or hybrid)
  • Deep domain expertise in cloud infrastructure and platform architecture (familiarity with Databricks, CoreWeave, Splunk, Snowflake, etc. highly valued)
  • Hands-on experience utilizing Generative AI tools to optimize product workflows, PRD development, and prototype wireframes or feature concepts
  • Deep technical mindset with ability to navigate cross-functional environments bridging engineering and executive strategy
